Shipping policy

Every order is shipped directly from our warehouse in Switzerland. Within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, delivery is free from an order value of CHF 60, to Germany from EUR 100 and to the other European delivery countries from EUR 150. You can see the exact shipping costs transparently at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping to Switzerland & Liechtenstein

From an order value of CHF 60, delivery is free. Below that, shipping costs CHF 6.90. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipping to Germany

Shipping to Germany costs EUR 6.90. From an order value of EUR 100, delivery is free. Shipping usually takes 3–5 working days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipping to the rest of Europe

Shipping to the other European delivery countries, for example Austria, France or Italy, costs EUR 9.90. From an order value of EUR 150, delivery is free. Shipping usually takes 3–5 working days. You can see whether we deliver to your country and which shipping costs apply transparently at checkout, before you complete your order.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are usually delivered within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein within 2–5 working days of the conclusion of the contract or, where prepayment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction.

For deliveries to Germany and the other European delivery countries, we usually ship your order within 3–5 working days of the conclusion of the contract or from the time of your payment instruction. The carrier's transit time is added to this.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

  • Pay later with TWINT, payment within 30 days (Switzerland and Liechtenstein only)

Via Klarna:

  • Klarna invoice, pay conveniently after receiving your order

Via PayPal Checkout:

  • Payment by PayPal Express

Further payment details

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account is charged when the contract is concluded.

When paying with Klarna, Klarna's terms and privacy notices also apply. The Klarna payment methods available and the exact conditions are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
