Your smartphone is the last thing you see at night. And the first thing in the morning. At some point, you stopped asking yourself whether that is good for you.
THE CALM DUO brings calm back into the bedroom. Gentle, undisturbed, all yours.
Your smartphone is still in the bedroom.
Scrolling before falling asleep, the screen first thing in the morning. Your sleep suffers, your day starts in a rush. Yet good sleep begins right here: with fewer distractions and more calm.
Smartphone in bed
The last light in the evening and the first in the morning comes from the screen.
Restless sleep
Your mind won't settle. Falling asleep is hard, and your sleep stays shallow.
Rushed mornings
A shrill alarm jolts you awake. The day feels hectic from the very first minute.
THE CALM DUO
Two products that form a ritual together. AURÉA brings calm to your evening, HORIZON a gentle start to your morning. Both in Wood look, perfectly matched.
AURÉA Ritual Diffuser
A fine scented mist from genuine ceramic, warm light and a timer that switches off by itself. Your bedroom becomes an oasis of calm.
HORIZON wake-up light
A gentle sunrise starts 10 minutes before your wake-up time, with soft nature sounds. You wake up naturally instead of being torn from sleep.
A ritual for evening and morning
THE CALM DUO turns your bedroom into a place of calm. Less screen, more room to breathe.
- 1Arrive in the eveningStart AURÉA, dim the light, put your smartphone away.
- 2Sleep more calmlyWithout a screen in bed, switching off is easier.
- 3Wake up gentlyHORIZON wakes you with light and nature sounds.
In Wood look, a perfect pair
AURÉA and HORIZON were designed as a system. On your bedside table, they create a calm, harmonious picture.

Frequently asked questions
All about THE CALM DUO
What is included in THE CALM DUO?
The HORIZON wake-up light in your choice of colour and the ceramic AURÉA Ritual Diffuser. Cables and power adapters are included.
Do I need Bluetooth, WiFi or an app?
No. HORIZON works without Bluetooth, WiFi or an app, and you operate AURÉA directly on the device too.
How does HORIZON wake me?
The light starts 10 minutes before your wake-up time and slowly grows brighter. At wake-up time, a nature sound such as birdsong joins in.
Which oils work in AURÉA?
A few drops of an essential oil of your choice, for example lavender, in the water are enough. The timer switches the diffuser off after 1, 2 or 3 hours.
Who is behind LUMERIX?
LUMERIX is a Swiss brand for sleep and evening rituals. Our products help you switch off in the evening, sleep more calmly and start the day gently. Everything ships directly from Switzerland.
Sleep better without a smartphone: the LUMERIX sleep set
THE CALM DUO combines the HORIZON wake-up light with the AURÉA Ritual Diffuser. In the evening, the diffuser creates a calm atmosphere; in the morning, the wake-up light wakes you with a simulated sunrise. This makes the smartphone in your bedroom unnecessary.
Wake-up light and diffuser as a set
Good sleep is decided the evening before and the morning after. A fine scented mist helps you settle down more easily, and light and nature sounds help you wake up more gently. Both devices come in Wood look, and HORIZON works without Bluetooth, WiFi or an app.
A thoughtful gift
THE CALM DUO also makes a great gift for partners, parents or friends who want to switch off better in the evening. Shipping is free and comes from our Swiss warehouse.
